Great news! Every scarf Silviya Neri purchased on the Official Online Store can be returned or exchanged.
It’s Easy! Just send us an email on [email protected] quoting your name, details of the product and the reason for return. For exchanges, you will need to include also the scarf you wish to receive instead. We will get back to you within 48 hours with instructions on your return. Once you assist us to verify that the scarf will be returned new, unused, with all labels, tags and original packaging, you can proceed to post it back to us via any trackable shipping method.
Please note scarves that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. For this reason, trackable shipping is preferred.
Remember that you have to ship your package within 14 days of the delivery day.
The scarf you return should be is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund/exchange.
