All sales are final and we do not accept merchandise for refund, unless you receive a faulty or damaged item. In that case, please notify us within seven days.
We will exchange or substitute it. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email us to email@example.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return. We will arrange a return and send you an email with instructions.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
We will not exchange/substitute goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Europe or Australia.
